Refund eligibility depends on the airline fare rules and the type of ticket purchased. Book Vakshi is not an airline; we assist with booking requests and support.

Cancellations

If your ticket allows cancellation, the airline may deduct cancellation fees. The remaining amount (if any) is refundable based on airline rules.

Changes

Date/name/route changes are subject to availability and airline change fees plus fare difference (if applicable).

No-show

If you do not travel and do not cancel in advance, the ticket may become non-refundable. Some taxes may be refundable depending on airline policy.

How to request a refund

1. Use Manage Booking or contact us.
2. Share your booking reference and traveller last name.
3. We will confirm the applicable fare rules before processing.
